At Wa + Sabi, we understand that life happens — sudden changes, unexpected events, or a simple shift in plans. While we’d love to welcome you as originally scheduled, we’re here to support flexibility with a gentle and respectful policy.
If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule
We do not charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee — instead, we kindly ask for understanding that each class involves early preparation, ingredient sourcing, and setup. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 2 days (48 hours) of your scheduled class, a ¥2,000 food preparation fee will apply.
- Cancelling/rescheduling before 48 hours → No charge at all
- Cancelling within 48 hours → ¥2,000 food prep fee
- No-shows without notice → full charge
Can Someone Take Your Place?
Yes! If you’re unable to attend but can send someone in your place, no fees will apply. Just let us know their name and contact info in advance so we can welcome them properly.
