Wa + Sabi is a website I had long been working on, targeted to expats in Japan to share about our culture and traditions thru our food culture.

I share recipes where the viewers can purchase necessary tools and ingredients to cook the recipe at home.
(I know it's never easy for a non-Japanese to purchase ingredients in Japanese supermarkets!)

I also share cultural events we have in Japan etc etc.

I am updating the contents accordingly but please come and explore what I share in Wa + Sabi.

昨年から構想が始まったプロジェクト、Wa + Sabiがやっとローンチ出来る事となりました！

Wa ＋Sabi は日本に駐在する外国人をメインターゲットに、食を通じて日本の文化や伝統をシェアするサイト。

せっかく習った和食のレシピを家で作りたくても、日本のスーパーで食材を揃えるのはかなりハードルが高かった外国人たちの悩みを解決すべく、各レシピにはそのレシピを作る為に必要な食材や道具を買えるリンクを貼っています。

その他、月々の日本の行事等も紹介しています。

まだまだ順次最終形にしている段階ですが、是非覗いてみて下さい♬そして興味ありそうな方がいらしたら（日本人でも意外と知らない事もチラホラ！）是非シェアしていただけたら嬉しいです♬既にシェアいただいた方々には心からのお礼を申し上げますm(__)m
