Looking for an easy and delicious way to bring Japanese flavors into your daily life?
Join me for a live online cooking class where we’ll explore authentic, everyday dishes just like you’d find in a Japanese home.

Each class is friendly, hands-on, and packed with cultural stories and tips — perfect for expats in Japan, Japan lovers abroad, and curious beginners alike.

AS A BONUS! All classes are scheduled so that if you prep and cook along with me, you’ll have a yummy lunch sitting in front of you by the end of the session. Yay!

  • Live Step-by-Step Instruction (via Zoom)
  • Cultural storytelling to help you understand the dish in its daily life and historical context
  • Beginner-friendly format (you can cook along, or just watch and try later)
  • Small group setting (starting with max 5 participants) for easy interaction
  • Q & A about ingredients, substitutions, Japanese kitchen culture or anything, anytime during the lesson

We understand life happens and you may end up not be able to join us live. While we hope you can join us live, no worries, since you will receive recording access for 7 days after the class, along with

  • The complete recipe PDF and prep guide
  • Ingredient and tool links to help you prepare easily
  • Invitation to our Facebook group to ask questions and get connected with other participants

as indicated above.

Because the full experience is provided even if you can’t join live, please understand we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling once your booking is confirmed.
