+ THINNED DAIKON RADISHES +

daikon

One of my favorite ways to eat our thinned daikon radish is with butter and some herb salt.  Butter does a good job of softening the tangy taste of daikon radish and goes really well with chilled white wine.  It always works great with daikon radish slices too, but be sure to soak them in cold water before serving.  Its crunchy texture makes it even tastier!
